PlanKept Terms Of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the PlanKept app, the public app page under /apps/PlanKept/, the support and legal pages under /apps/PlanKept/, support channels, App Store download and purchase flows, and related services that link to these terms. Temporary /PlanKept/ support and legal aliases may remain available during the app’s manifest migration.
If you download the app through Apple’s App Store and no custom end user license agreement is presented there, your use of the app is also subject to Apple’s Licensed Application End User Agreement.
If you download, select, or use a local or third-party AI model through PlanKept, you also agree to the model terms, use restrictions, or license listed near that model’s download or selection surface. Available models may change over time, so PlanKept lists current model terms near the relevant model route instead of hardcoding the current catalog in these terms.

1. Acceptance
By using the service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
These terms apply to official PlanKept releases distributed through Apple’s App Store or another authorized channel. We are not responsible for modified, tampered, sideloaded, reverse-engineered, or otherwise unofficial copies of PlanKept, except where applicable law says otherwise.
2. Model Terms And Licenses
PlanKept may offer optional local or third-party model routes. Each listed model route may carry separate provider terms, use restrictions, or open-source license conditions. Those terms are part of the conditions for using that selected model.
You are responsible for reviewing the listed model terms before downloading, selecting, or using a model. If you do not agree to a model’s listed terms or license, do not download, select, or use that model route.
3. What The Service Is
PlanKept includes a local-first app experience together with related website, legal, support, and App Store surfaces.
Features, visuals, copy, pricing, availability, AI/model routes, and platform integrations may change over time.
PlanKept does not operate a general app account system or custom developer-operated backend for app data in normal app use. Most user-created app content is intended to stay on the user’s device, subject to device backups, operating-system behavior, Apple services, and any optional provider routes the user chooses.
4. Purchases And Lifetime Access
PlanKept may offer one-time in-app purchases such as Starter Lifetime or Full Lifetime. Purchase availability, pricing, taxes, payment processing, refunds, and restoration are handled through Apple’s App Store systems and may be subject to Apple’s terms and policies.
In PlanKept, “Lifetime” means access for as long as the PlanKept app is offered and supported, not for the lifetime of any individual user. Lifetime access does not guarantee that every current feature, model route, platform integration, price, visual design, or service component will remain unchanged forever.
Refund requests, purchase history, family sharing, payment method issues, and App Store account issues are handled by Apple or the relevant platform provider. PlanKept can offer reasonable support for restore or entitlement issues that appear inside the app, but it does not receive full payment-card details.
5. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use PlanKept. If you are 13 or older but under the age of majority where you live, you may use the service only if your parent or guardian permits it and any applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
Children under 13 may not use PlanKept. Parents or guardians should not permit children under 13 to use the service.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the service unlawfully
- interfere with or disrupt the app or website
- attempt to gain unauthorized access
- use the service to distribute harmful code or abusive content
- misuse the app, website, support channel, App Store route, or purchase flow
7. Intellectual Property
The service, including app design, site design, copy, graphics, and branding, is owned by or licensed to PlanKept except where otherwise stated.
You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or exploit the service except as allowed by law or with permission.
You keep your rights in plans, proof statements, attachments, and other content you create in the app. Because PlanKept is local-first, that content normally stays on your device unless you choose to send it to a support channel, Apple service, model route, or other third-party service.
8. Support And Third-Party Services
Support routes are link-based, and the primary app action routes to Apple’s App Store. Some features may also rely on Apple or other third-party services.
We may change, suspend, or remove features, providers, or routes at any time.
9. AI, Automation, And Enforcement Disclaimer
AI, model, reminder, and proof-related features may be incomplete, unavailable, delayed, or wrong. You remain responsible for your own decisions, actions, and compliance with any commitments you make.
PlanKept does not guarantee that you will complete a plan, reduce screen time, finish a workout, meet a step goal, preserve a habit, avoid distraction, restore access at the exact intended moment, or achieve any particular personal, health, productivity, financial, work, school, legal, or safety outcome.
PlanKept is not promised to be bug-free. Bugs, crashes, compatibility problems, operating-system limits, permission changes, provider outages, model errors, purchase or restore issues, device state, or other failures may cause AI, reminders, alarms, schedules, Apple Health checks, Screen Time integrations, app blocks, usage limits, unlock behavior, proof review, automatic review, analytics, purchases, restores, or other features to fail, be delayed, apply incorrectly, clear incorrectly, or become unavailable.
PlanKept depends on iOS, Apple frameworks, Screen Time APIs, HealthKit where enabled, StoreKit, local storage, notifications, AlarmKit, model availability, device state, and permissions. Those dependencies can change, fail, behave differently across devices or OS versions, or become unavailable.
Do not rely on PlanKept to restrict apps, websites, communications, services, or device access that you may need for emergencies, medical care, safety, transportation, work, school, banking, legal duties, childcare, caregiving, identity verification, housing, or other essential purposes. You are responsible for preserving independent access to essential services and for choosing app-blocking or limit settings that are safe for your situation.
You may stop using PlanKept at any time. You can usually disable permissions, change iOS settings, change or remove PlanKept rules, or delete the app to stop or reduce local enforcement. Deleting the app or changing permissions may not instantly fix every issue, entitlement state, device state, OS-managed setting, notification, backup, purchase, or third-party/platform record.
If you experience a bug, support is available through the support page. Bug reports are helpful, but we do not guarantee that every bug will be fixed or fixed within a particular time.
We use safeguards intended to reduce explicit, unsafe, or age-inappropriate AI responses, but no automated system is perfect.
If you are under 13, do not use the service. If you are 13 or older but under the age of majority where you live, use the service only with parent or guardian permission and where applicable legal requirements have been satisfied.
Parents or guardians should not permit children to use the service without satisfying applicable legal requirements.
10. No Professional Advice
PlanKept is not legal, medical, therapeutic, financial, or emergency advice. You are responsible for your own decisions and actions.
11. Third-Party Services
The service may link to or rely on third-party services, including Apple’s App Store terms, Apple platform services, email providers, hosting providers, and model hosts. We are not responsible for third-party services or their policies.
12. Disclaimers
The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose.
We do not guarantee that PlanKept will prevent distraction, enforce a plan, remind you at the right time, correctly judge completion, preserve every local record, operate without errors, or produce any particular personal, health, productivity, screen-time, financial, or legal outcome.
13. Limitation Of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PlanKept will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or related to PlanKept, the website, support, purchases, app blocking, app limits, reminders, Health integrations, Screen Time integrations, proof review, AI/model routes, or these terms will be limited to the greater of:
- the amount you paid for PlanKept app or in-app purchases in the 12 months before the claim; or
- EUR 25
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, mandatory consumer rights, statutory refund rights handled by Apple or another platform provider, or other categories that applicable law does not allow contracts to limit.
14. Termination
We may suspend, limit, or terminate access to the service if we reasonably believe it is being misused or if doing so is necessary to protect the service or comply with law.
15. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date and version above.
16. Governing Law And Consumer Rights
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of Poland, except where mandatory consumer protection, platform, or local law gives you rights that cannot be waived or changed by contract.
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited, including statutory consumer rights, refund rights handled by Apple or another platform provider, or rights arising from intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or other liability that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
