These Terms explain the rules for using the general alekjaltuszyk.xyz website, including the personal homepage, app directory, general support/legal pages, legal hub, and public legal-manifest surfaces.

These general website terms do not replace the app-specific terms for PlanKept, OverLit, Voice of Self, or Take Me Somewhere. Each app has its own terms linked from the Legal hub.

By using the general website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website.

If you use an app, download an app from the App Store, buy an in-app purchase, contact app support, or use an app-specific feature, the relevant app terms, App Store terms, provider terms, and privacy policy may also apply.

The website provides a personal profile, app directory, product pages, support instructions, legal documents, machine-readable legal manifests, and links to App Store or third-party destinations.

The website is informational. It does not provide professional advice, emergency support, medical or mental-health care, legal advice, financial advice, official navigation, transportation advice, or safety guidance.

The website links to third-party services such as Apple’s App Store, Apple legal pages, Google, social-media platforms, map/provider resources, email providers, and app-specific service providers.

Third-party services have their own terms, privacy policies, pricing, availability, security practices, and account rules. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party services.

The website design, copy, graphics, app names, product descriptions, and related materials are owned by or licensed to the Developer except where otherwise stated.

You may link to public pages. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, exploit, scrape, or misuse website materials except as allowed by law or with permission.

Third-party marks, platform marks, provider marks, map data, screenshots, and App Store materials remain owned by their respective owners.

Support is email-based. We try to respond helpfully, but we do not guarantee response times, bug fixes, feature changes, refunds, compatibility, route corrections, ad-provider actions, App Store outcomes, model-provider behavior, or any particular support result.

When contacting support, include only the information needed for the request. Do not send sensitive information unless it is necessary.

We may add, change, suspend, remove, move, redirect, or discontinue website pages, app pages, legal documents, legal manifests, support channels, links, copy, visuals, or related surfaces where reasonably needed to operate the site, update products, comply with law or platform rules, protect users, reduce abuse, or end support for a feature.

Some old URLs may remain temporarily during app migrations. Temporary compatibility routes do not mean those routes will remain forever.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Developer will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or related to use of the general website, external links, support channels, legal manifests, or third-party services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for claims arising out of or related to the general website will be limited to EUR 25.

Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for intentional misconduct, fraud, mandatory consumer rights, or other categories that applicable law does not allow contracts to limit.
